Niko - 'The Daddy Remix' feat QNC
Niko's second album 'Hate & Love' is set for release this summer on ATIC Records. Four years in the making, the Aim produced set will be preceded by the first single 'The Daddy Remix'. The song appeared originally on Gripper's 2006 album 'A Life Of Consummate Ease' and feeling that the vocal's full potential hadn't been realised Aim and Gripper set about re-building it from the ground up with samples from dusty old jazz LP's. Aim took it back to the lab to mix and produce, Niko re-recorded the vocals adding new harmony sections and QNC did their thing, the result being a golden-era flavoured hip-hop classic. Produced and mixed by Aim at his Speed Limit Studios, 'The Daddy Remix' is the perfect prelude to 'Hate & Love' and will be available to download from 12th March. Download now!
